We are an independent service and are not affiliated with the Department of Internal Affairs or the New Zealand Government. We may collect: (a) information you provide directly, such as your name and email address if you create an account or contact us; (b) usage information, such as which practice sets and quizzes you access, your quiz scores, and your study progress, so we can show your progress and improve the service; and (c) technical information, such as your device type, browser, approximate location (country/region), and pages visited, collected through standard analytics.

We use personal information to: provide and improve the service; save and display your study progress and quiz results; respond to enquiries and provide support; maintain the security of the service; and, where you have opted in, send you updates about the citizenship test or new features. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the service is used. We may use third-party analytics providers that process usage data on our behalf. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly without them.

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the service, such as website hosting, database storage, and (if applicable) payment processing. These providers only process personal information as needed to deliver their services to us. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
